How the technical voucher policy interacts with rights under applicable law.

The standard technical-failure remedy is continued delivery during the 72-hour recovery window followed, if delivery still fails, by a one-use voucher equal to the actual cash paid.

This does not replace or waive a cancellation, refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law and does not exclude non-waivable rights.
