1General service enquiry
Email support@mylegaldocsai.co.uk with “Service enquiry” in the subject line. Explain which page or service is involved and the result you are trying to achieve. Do not include full case documents unless needed to answer the question.
2Order and delivery
Use the subject “Order delivery” and include the order reference, purchase email and approximate payment time. State whether no confirmation arrived, the status page is unavailable, the attachment is missing or a file cannot be opened.
Support may verify payment and re-deliver an existing file. It cannot extend a court deadline by responding to an email.
3Included correction
Use the subject “Correction request”. Identify the exact sentence, fact, section, citation or formatting issue and provide the correct information. The included correction must remain within the same matter, parties, evidence, objective and purchased scope.
4Cancellation, refund or service remedy
Use “Cancellation” or “Refund review” and include the requested remedy. The request is assessed under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, including statutory cancellation, repeat performance, price reduction and refund rules.
5Payment issue
Use “Payment issue”. Include the Stripe transaction reference or last four card digits only where necessary. Never send a full card number or card security code. Duplicate, incorrect, reversed or unlinked payments will be investigated.
6Service-credit code
Use “Service-credit code” and include the original order reference and code. Support can investigate a code that was not received, is not recognised or appears to have been reserved incorrectly. A code may be used once and has no expiry date.
7Data-protection rights request
Use “Data protection request”. State whether the request concerns access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection or withdrawal of consent. Provide an order reference where available but wait before sending identity documents.
8Data-protection complaint
Use “Data protection complaint”. Explain the processing complained of, relevant date or order and desired outcome. The complaint will be acknowledged within 30 days and investigated without undue delay under the published complaints procedure.
9Security report
Use “Security report” for suspected unauthorised result access, exposed files, phishing, malicious uploads, account impersonation or a vulnerability. Do not exploit a suspected vulnerability, access another person's data or publish sensitive evidence before the service has a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
10Accessibility problem
Use “Accessibility”. Include the page, device, browser, assistive technology and action that could not be completed. A request for an alternative accessible format should identify the format needed.
11Editorial or source correction
Use “Editorial correction”. Provide the page, disputed sentence and the current official source. Do not submit marketing links as proof of a legal amendment. A correction may update the guide or be recorded for the next review.
12Product feedback
Use “Feedback” or the feedback page. Describe the page, device, workflow stage and what was unclear or blocked. Feedback should not contain unnecessary case material.
13What support cannot do
Support does not provide solicitor or barrister advice, represent customers, contact courts, file documents, serve parties, negotiate, calculate deadlines conclusively or guarantee an outcome. It cannot provide emergency assistance.
Where immediate safety, detention, eviction, removal, injunction or deadline risk exists, contact the appropriate official service or authorised professional without waiting for email support.
14Response handling
Messages are prioritised by security, payment, active-order and statutory urgency. Acknowledgment does not mean the requested remedy has been accepted. Additional information may be requested where proportionate.
The legal trader's identity and service address are available only in the private Terms of Service provided before checkout. This contact page intentionally does not republish personal operator details.
Choose the correct contact route
Active order, delivery or correction: email support@mylegaldocsai.co.uk with the order reference. Cancellation, refund or payment: use the same address and state the requested remedy clearly. Privacy or security: identify the message as a privacy request, data-protection complaint or security concern. General product improvement: use the anonymous feedback form without case documents or personal legal facts.
A feedback submission does not replace an order-support, cancellation, refund, privacy or legal-notice message and does not stop any external deadline.
