Complaint and remedy request

Use this form instead of sending case material by ordinary email. The system verifies the paid order and sends any service-credit code only to the email address used for that order.

Your choice matters. A non-expiring service credit is a voluntary customer-care resolution. It does not remove a statutory right to cancellation, repeat performance, price reduction or a cash refund where UK law requires that remedy.

2How the service-credit route works

After a successful match, the system creates or retrieves one code linked to the paid order. Its value equals the amount actually paid in GBP. It is single-use and does not expire. The code itself is not displayed publicly and is sent only to the verified purchase email.

Choosing the service-credit route is not an admission that the original service breached the contract. Use of the code does not automatically waive a mandatory consumer remedy unless a separate lawful settlement is expressly agreed after clear information has been provided.

3Cash refunds and mandatory rights

UK consumer law does not permit a business to impose a voucher instead of money where a cash refund is legally required. The statutory-review route records the request for assessment under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and other applicable law. Any refund that is legally due is processed through an appropriate payment route.
